- Applying for a job or to facilitate: When you apply for a role or to facilitate/speak at an event through the Site, we collect information such as your full name, email address, phone number, location, CV/portfolio, and LinkedIn profile.

Who has access to your data within our organization
Within our organization, access to your data is limited to those who require it to provide you with the Services you purchase from us, to contact you, and to respond to your inquiries, including refund requests. These team members may sit in functions such as experience design, events and operations, marketing, customer support, and leadership. Employees only have access to data relevant to their role, on a "need to know" basis.
Who we share your data with outside of our organization, and why
Processors / service providers. We may use service providers to operate and improve the Site and to assist with functions such as payment processing, email transmission, surveys, data hosting, advertising, marketing and analytics, ticketing, and technical and customer support.
