When will the agenda and speakers be announced?
The full agenda and lineup is announced to members attending ahead of the event. Expect world-class speakers, facilitators, and executive coaches. Join the waitlist for updates.
When should I arrive and depart?
Plan to arrive the morning of day one i.e. Fri 11AM and stay through the closing celebration on the final night. Every gathering ends with a special closing experience, so don't plan to leave early.
What's the daily schedule?
Registration opens early on Fri 10AM with the main programme kicking off after lunch around 3PM. We start the way with sunrise on the beach and sessions run through the day and into the evening, with breaks for meals and tea. Expect late nights, that's when much of the connection happens.
Are meals included?
Meals aren't included in the ticket, but we offer a stay + meals package at Novotel, which caters to all preferences. Dietary restrictions like “Jain Meals” or “Vegan Meals” can be made available on request.
What's the application process?
Beyond Gathering is an invite-only space to protect the group dynamic. You'll complete a short application about your background and intent; our team reviews each application along with a small curator call to find out your intentions and goals.
What's included in the ticket?
Full access to the experience: workshops, guided sessions, curated interactions, morning activations and closing social experiences designed as one cohesive journey, not standalone sessions.
What kind of people attend?
Founders, entrepreneurs, builders, senior execs, investors, creators, and cultural leaders. Curious, self-aware, and open, yet grounded and not drawn to performative spirituality.
What if I don't know anyone?
Most people arrive not knowing many others, by design. The experience builds trust and connection organically, with no forced networking.
What if I'm introverted?
This isn't a high-energy networking event. There's room for reflection and depth alongside connection; many introverts find the structure supportive rather than draining.
What's your refund policy?
You may request a full refund any time up until 30 days before the event start date i.e 9th September. This is the last day to cancel and receive a refund. Once we enter the 30-day window before the event, no refunds will be issued. We recommend requesting refunds well ahead of the deadline to allow for processing time (usually 7 working days)
If I can't attend after booking, what can I do?
Contact the team as early as possible; we'll explore the options based on timing, if a refund is possible or suggest alternates like transfers or future-event options where feasible.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
You're welcome to recommend someone, but everyone applies individually. It preserves the alignment and quality of the group.
