When Should I Arrive & Depart?
We are on a tight schedule so we suggest you time yourself to arrive on Saturday morning 9AM and depart Saturday night after our afterparty. Every event ends with a special closing event, so we advise not checking out before 12PM
What is the schedule of the day?
The registration opens at 8am with opening at 10am. We run the programme from 10AM to 10PM. To make the most of this one day experience we are running a tight schedule with breaks for lunch, tea and dinner. We do advise in preparing for late nights as you will find yourself connecting with the other attendees and enjoying the socials and afterparty
Are meals included?
No meals are not included. However, a curated food court featuring select food and beverage vendors will be available for purchase.

What’s your refund policy?
Due to limited capacity and the curated nature of the experience, tickets are non-refundable. In certain cases, transfers may be considered—please reach out to the team for details.
When should I arrive and depart?
We recommend arriving on time to experience the full arc of the day. Exact timings and logistics will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event date.
If I’m unable to attend on the scheduled dates after booking, what can I do?
If something unexpected comes up, contact the Beyond XP team as early as possible. While refunds aren’t available, we’ll do our best to explore transfer or future-event options where feasible.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
You’re welcome to recommend someone, but each participant must apply individually. This helps ensure alignment and preserves the quality of the group experience.
